Bird of Paradise Silver Hoop Earrings

These earrings are made from a vintage silver dish which had a beautiful engraved and cut out image of Birds of Paradise around the edge of it in an art nouveau style.
I followed the line of the pattern of the birds as I hand cut them out, then drilled it and attached a sterling silver ear wire which is connected to either side of the earring.
One side is hooked and unloops from the other side for you to insert the ear wire, and then clip it back up.
They are very lightweight but are so eye catching.
